We collect personal information to provide property management services. The types of information we collect include:

2) Property Owners

Use of Information
Please be advised the Manager may use any information provided at lease signing (or later) to contact you regarding your residency for any purpose whatsoever. You explicitly consent to this as part of the lease signing and agree to receive communication by any of our service providers whether computer-generated or natural person (both domestic & foreign). This includes using your personal information you provided either digitally, orally or in written form. The Manager may use any contact method provided to discuss lease details, renewals, terminations, legal proceedings, service issues and / or rent collections.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties and only share such information with our third-party service providers for the aforementioned purposes and / or if required by law. In addition, we may use this information for:
· Background checks
· Previous and future lease agreements
· Rental payments
· Repairs & maintenance requests and other tenant communications
· Legal communications with attorneys
· Financial transactions, providing required reports on property performance and all other duties outlined in our Management Agreement
· Ensuring compliance with all our policies and obligations
· Maintaining records for payroll and any benefits including employee performance
Data Security
We take the information you provided seriously and comply with standard industry-wide practices to protect such information including secure storage of physical and digital records, restricting access to sensitive information and perform audits when necessary.
Data Retention
We retain information as is standard in the industry as required by law and necessary to fulfil our fiduciary obligations. We retain tenant records for 5 years, property owner records for 3 years (or however long we are in contact with property) and employment records in accordance with applicable state and federal law.
